Premises at the Villa Stiassni can be hired out for training, presentations and other types of event
The lecture and exhibition building of the Centre for Methodology in Modern Architecture was built in the grounds of the Villa Stiassni in Brno’s Masaryk Quarter in 2014. The design team responsible were architects Milan Rak and Alena Režná from the studio Archteam. In 2015 the building was awarded in the New Buildings category of Architecture Grand Prix organized by the Society of Czech Architects.
The building is designed for holding conferences, lectures and exhibitions and is fitted with audio-visual equipment. The building entrance is located at no. 39 Preslova Street, close to the trolleybus stop Marie Pujmanová (trolleybus no. 38).
The lecture room is fitted with a large screen projector and sound system. The picture from the hall can also be transferred to screens in the foyer. The hall can be blacked out and is fully air-conditioned during the summer months. A cloakroom is available. The building is fully accessible.
Capacity: theatre arrangement 60–90 places.

The Villa Stiassni main building offers a delightful environment for company presentations, promotions and educational activities. Available for hire are the former kitchens and the drawing room. Facilities for catering services can be found behind the kitchen. The loggia, including the adjacent parts of the garden, is also available for hire.
Larger events can also be prepared in the loggia and in the grounds.
Accessibility by tram no. 1 (Pisárky stop), trolleybuses no. 25, 26 and 37 (Pisárky stop) and 38 (Marie Pujmanová stop) and buses no. 52, 68 and 81 (Pisárky stop).
Capacity: theatre arrangement 40 places (former kitchen), approx. 20 places (dining room and drawing room).
