Garden and temporary exhibitions

free-flow tour without guide

The circuit grants unrestricted access to roam around one of the largest private gardens in interwar Czechoslovakia. The garden is divided into several parts, ingeniously separated by various levels and vegetation. Garden visitors can examine the showcase parterre and terrace designed for social gatherings and everyday dining. The sporting-minded proprietors also equipped the grounds with a swimming pool and tennis court. In the north of the garden you can find a pair of greenhouses, a fruit orchard and the former kitchen garden. The garden tour also encompasses an exhibition in the rooms of the former Villa Stiassni kitchen.
